How does this work?


1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT: Enter your contact info & pick-up location (currently three options).

2) ORDER: Select “The Market” and begin placing items in your cart. When finished, select “proceed to check out.” There you can verify the quantity of items ordered, leave notes for us under an item, choose your pick up location, and pay. You’ll receive a receipt by email. Cards will be run the afternoon/evening of the Saturday pickup.

3) PICK UP & ENJOY!

Final Notes:
- All orders placed on the system are final by Wednesday 11:59pm (since we harvest pack and prep the following two days).
- If we cannot fulfill an item it will be refunded.
- We cannot accommodate late pickups at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. If more time flexibility is needed choose the farm pickup location.
- Missed pickups will be donated.

When do I order?


Every Sunday morning, a list of available products is sent to all of our registered customers by e-mail, and the market is turned on. Customers must place their order for the week no later than Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. Orders can be placed here on our website. Ordering through this web site is our preferred method as it is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes us to process orders as well as provide you with detailed information about our products.

When do I pay?


Typically all orders using this website system will require a credit card to be entered. If you have a positive balance on your account (see below) the total dollar amount of your order will be subtracted. If you have no balance (or not enough balance to cover your order) you will see a negative dollar amount balance on your emailed receipt after placing your order. This is fine. Your credit card will be run on Saturday to zero out that balance, and you will receive another confirmation email of that adjusted balance.

This LocallyGrown website system allows you to carry a pre-paid balance (credit) if you like (this is not required). A positive dollar amount can be loaded onto your account using a credit card with this system. If you would like to pre-pay a balance onto your account using something other than a credit card (e.g. check or cash), please reach out to us.

When and Where do I pick up my order?


When you ordered, you received an email receipt. Please check the top of the email receipt for the pickup location you chose at the time of your order. This is your pickup location.

Pickup locations may change from ordering cycle to ordering cycle. Current pickup locations include 1) the farmhouse front porch anytime Saturday, 2) our market stall #100 at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market before noon Saturday, and 3) the curbside pickup location at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market before noon Saturday.
